Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Since makhana is an edible food product, we do not accept returns for orders that have been successfully delivered and are not defective. We only accept return requests under the following circumstances:

• The product delivered is damaged or tampered with.
• You received an incorrect item.
• The product is past its expiry date upon delivery.

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement (as per your preference). Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. To request a cancellation, please email or call us immediately with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
